Jen has a Passion to help people, which prompted her career in massage Therapy. Jen Graduated from Mt. Nittany Institute Of Natural Health with 775 hours and has 11 years of hands on Experience. She has spent a vast time of her career in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and after returning home to lock Haven decided to open Haven Spa. Jen likes to incorporate relaxation massage with myofacial release and Deep tissue. These Combinations make for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from everyday use, and injuries from overuse. Jen loves meeting new clients and working with them to improve their health. Jen is a Pennsylvania licensed massage therapist (MSG010418) and a AMTA member.
